Be persistent in landing the job

Writing the resume and cover letter is only the first part. This can be accomplished in half an hour. The hard work, however, is finding jobs that are hiring. And once you’ve found the job you want you have to go through the process of submitting your resume, following up, and going through the interview.

Let’s be honest. The whole job search process sucks!

From personal experience I know how it feels to get up day after day filling applications, submitting resumes, and getting interviewed. Only to be turned away.

But if you want to land the job that you want. You have to be persistent. You can’t give up.

That means following up after you’ve submitted your resume. Always try to get a hold of the hiring manager or the person in charge of hiring.

The job search process is a job itself. You need to be out there for most of the day just getting yourself out there. And then following up so they know how serious you are about getting the job.

No matter how tough it gets you must push through. It will only be a matter of time before you land the job you want.

All the best,

Carl

P.S. It took me a week of at least six hours a day searching, submitting, and going through the interview process. I was finally able to land a job by the end of the week. Click Here Now to see how I did it.
